Surveys: your ratings, the choices you pick and anything you write, plus your name, email and ZIP code if you choose to give them.

Volunteer sign-up: name, email, phone (if you give it), district, interests, availability and any message.

Contact form: your first and last name, email, phone (if you give it) and message.

Newsletter: your email, and your name if you give it. We send updates only to people who ask for them.

Comments on The Wall: the name or nickname you use, your email if you give it, and your comment. Comments appear only after a person reviews them.

Technical data: like most sites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your network address and browser type, and may record basic visit statistics such as page views.

To answer you, to learn what neighbors care about, to send the updates you asked for, to run events, to review comments and to plan public-records requests. We do not use your answers to decide anything about you personally.

We do not publish your name, your email or your free-text answers from surveys. Comments on The Wall are published after review, with the name you gave.

People who have administrator accounts for this site, and the companies that host the site and its database for us. We do not sell your information.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. Links to other sites are covered by those sites' own policies.

We keep submissions until we no longer need them or you ask us to delete yours.

Please do not include sensitive information, such as account numbers or health details, in any form.

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
